MEET YOUR PANELISTS:
Michael Bonadies, Owner, TerraVestra Property Management
Mike is a landlord and property manager. He currently owns 50 rental units in Camden, Gloucester, Cape May and Cumberland counties. He Co-Owns a property management company, TerraVestra Property Management, that specializes in managing rental properties specifically in the South Jersey area and Side By Side MRO which specializes in pre-1940 construction. Mike is also a farmer and owns a livestock farm in Vineland.
Mike has been a board member since 2021. He worked as the membership benefit committee chair and worked on putting together the legislation committee.
Carmen Sarlo - Choice Property Management - Carmen joined SJREIA in 1995. Experienced in Buy & Hold, Landlording, Tax Sale Liens, Wholesaling and Flips. Currently an active investor and real estate agent, REO agent, BPO agent and Property Manager.
In addition to being the current Vice President of SJREIA, he is the Leader of SJREIA’s Newbie’s Subgroup. At these meetings he holds an “open discussion forum” approach with special presentations based on topics of interest requested by meeting attendees and trending real estate investing issues.
Mike Williams, President, CEO SureWay Property Management - Mike built a property management company starting with just one rental property in 1999. Mike was able to grow the company through customer referrals and acquisitions. In addition, Mike has worked as an executive for large cooperate Property Management organizations. He led all efforts for a staff managing more than 3000 properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Mike is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Providing full service rental property management throughout New Jersey, Philadelphia and the surrounding area. It is our goal to provide you a quality professional experience.

Moderator and Host, Rich Rickards is a licensed insurance agent of Esposito Insurance Group who specializes in commercial and residential properties. He has been in the industry since 2014 and has been working with Esposito Insurance Group since 2017. Rich focuses on insuring South Jersey properties for real estate investors and is also a private money lender. Rich lives in south jersey and raised 2 daughters with his wife Karyn.
