She has been in the Real Estate (RE) industry since 1992 and licensed since 1994. Lisa has an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Stockton University and is a graduate of Goldman Sachs-10,000 Small Businesses Program. Lisa also holds a Broker's license and real estate instructor’s license. She has worked for both franchise and non-franchise owned real estate companies. In 2004 Lisa opened Home Alliance Realty, LLC (HAR), a full-service real estate brokerage located in Manahawkin, NJ.

Lisa has extensive experience in retail sales, investment sales and working with buyers. Her specialty is in foreclosures, REO management and property management. Lisa services the Ocean County area and specializes in the areas of Manahawkin, Long Beach Island and Little Egg Harbor/ Tuckerton.
Lisa earned the Million Dollar Sales Club award for 1997, 99, 2000 and 2001. From 2002-2015 Lisa achieved The Circle of Excellence Sales Award and in 2016 –2019 she was awarded The Circle of Excellence Sales Award Platinum level for sales in excess of $20 Million.
In 2018, Lisa received the prestigious Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation, the premier brokerage management credential in the industry. The CRB is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official designation of the National Association of REALTORS®. Lisa joins an elite group of real estate professionals from around the world who have earned the CRB designation. All were required to complete a comprehensive program combining experience with management education and subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Lisa also leads the Ocean County Subgroup of the South Jersey Investors Group, known as SJREIA, where she educates investors each month on buying investment properties. In addition, Lisa founded Heels N Hammers; a RE Investing Group focused on educating and enriching the woman investor.
Lisa believes in continuing education and spends at least 40 hours per year in continuing education classes for real estate. Lisa likes to give back to the community in which she was raised in.
