Justin will discuss 5 most common scenarios he most often encounters when getting investment property loans funded for his clients.
He will focus on those and if anyone presents additional scenarios they have questions about, he will discuss them also.
Bio - Influenced by both his maternal and paternal grandmothers, Justin C. Smith took an active interest in real estate investing at the age of fifteen. He eventually started his career in financial services in the life insurance industry in 2001, servicing policies in several capacities at a well-known mid-sized Philadelphia-based company. He later worked in accounting and as a residential mortgage broker and flipped his first property in West Philadelphia in 2015. In 2020, Justin founded Cerrone Investments with the goal to assist entrepreneurs and investors in building wealth through real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and by repairing and properly utilizing their credit. In addition to being an entrepreneur and investor, Mr. Smith is also a business and real estate funding broker. He founded Cerrone Investments to service clients with the essential tools necessary to build generational wealth.
