BIO - Scott Allen has worked in and around the financial industry for over 20 years. He’s the former Entrepreneurs Guide at About.com, where he helped over a million entrepreneurs find, follow, and pursue their dreams of business ownership. He’s the author of The Virtual Handshake: Opening Doors and Closing Deals Online, the very first book on what we now know as social media marketing. He has been mining Bitcoin and profitably trading cryptocurrency since 2021, and held real estate since 2022. Mr. Nichtberger began his 10+ year career as a long/short derivative trader and analyst at Tech Point Capital, a boutique hedge fund located in New York City. In 2016, Mr. Nichtberger transitioned into the real estate industry, serving as Director of Business Development for JLM Decorating, a full-service finishes contracting company, whereby Mr. Nichtberger analyzed, sourced and procured well over $100MM in finishes contracts for the firm.
Prior to JLM, Mr. Nichtberger founded ELIeN Group LLC in 2014, a real estate-based consulting firm serving the Tri-State and Florida markets. Since inception, ELIeN Group has successfully structured and advised owners, developers and high net-worth individuals on various real estate related deal-flow in excess of $1BB, syndicating new capital for ground up developments as well as analyzing and structuring debt/equity for construction and/or existing real estate portfolios.
Mr. Nichtberger is passionate about the cryptocurrency/blockchain industry and has been deeply involved and invested in the space since 2015, advising clients and believing that Bitcoin is a major disruptor in modern economics as well as one of the best performing store of value assets in existence. In 2021, Mr. Nichtberger successfully completed Anthony Pompliano’s Bitcoin Academy Certification. Mr. Nichtberger also holds a BA in Real Estate Investment from Baruch College and is proud to be on the fundraising committee for the non-profit Tunnel To Towers Foundation.
