Joe Meeks is a 7-year State Farm Insurance Agent located in Mercerville, NJ. His father is also an agent. Joe is licensed to write business in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Joe's office prides itself on being the most efficient and easy to work with office in the area, due in no small part to his two experienced team members, Paul Broskey and Thuy Nguyen. Rocco Esposito joined Esposito Insurance Group (EIG) in 2003 and is the owner and General Manager. Prior to joining EIG, he was Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at HunterDouglas and before that with Maidenform, Inc. Rocco is a graduate of Rutgers College of Engineering and holds an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management.
Rocco’s goal is to provide EIG’s customers with great coverage, great service, value, and superior advice. In his spare time he likes to read, coach Little League baseball, and spend time with his wife and children. Rocco is interested in music and modern art. Dan Young has been a real estate investor since 1999. In 2008, Dan stepped away from his Public Adjusting business to become a full-time real estate investor and began purchasing REO properties in need of full rehabs. Once rehabbed, the properties are then held as rentals. Since 2008, Dan has purchased over 130 properties ranging from single family to 8-unit apartment buildings. At our meeting, Dan will share about how to run your rentals like a business and on topics that will help illustrate how to overcome some of the biggest land lording challenges, attracting and screening for the right residents, increasing cash flow, training residents, and how to run your rental operation like the big boys.
