Ethel admits that she wasn't a kid when she started investing in real estate. She and her partners had been investing in sheriff sales when they learned about SJI. When to start? Age doesn't matter. And our real estate days aren't over. We still have a few rentals and just signed a contract of sale for land development in Gloucester City.

SJREIA SIDE NOTE: SJREIA helped Ethel explore various real estate investing options, and over the course of 40 years with SJREIA, starting with Sheriff sales, she moved into tax liens, then foreclosures. She’s completed over 10,000 tax liens (sometimes 2 sales in 1 day!) and owned over 125 properties she self-managed with a partner.
When she joined SJREIA she found herself surrounded by other investors, realtors, accountants, contractors, vendors, attorneys, etc. who shared information and propelled her to want to learn more.
